I am a fun loving, creative, and energetic pastry chef that enjoys the art of baking and decorating, providing my customers with one of a kind creations that is not only pleasing to the eye but delicious as well.
In 2018 I saw an exhibition of a chef Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen at the dome in Randburg and after seeing the dessert he conjured up out of only a few ingredients, I immediately knew I wanted to be a pastry chef. I have not looked back since.
For the last four years since qualifying from the chefs training and innovation academy (CTIA) in centurion, Gauteng, I have been baking and running my home bakery with great success. About two years ago I traded Gauteng for the western cape, and are enjoying meeting new clients and living (baking) out my passion in the lovely town of George, here in the Garden Route.
