I am a fun-loving, creative, and energetic Pastry Chef that enjoys the art of baking and decorating, providing my customers with one-of-a-kind creations that is not only pleasing to the eye, but delicious as well.
Early on
In 2018 I saw an exhibition of Chef Jan-Hendrik van der Westhuizen at The Dome in Randburg and, after seeing the dessert he conjured up out of only a few ingredients, I immediately knew I wanted to be a Pastry Chef. I have not looked back since …………………..
Current
For the last four years since qualifying from the Chefs Training and Innovation Academy (CTIA) in Centurion, Gauteng, I have been baking and running my home bakery with great success. About two years ago I traded Gauteng for the Western Cape, and are enjoying meeting new clients and living (baking) out my passion in the lovely town of George, here in the Garden Route.
